hearing afrobeats in random shops abroad feels weird (good weird)

my cousin sent me a video from a supermarket in spain and burna boy was playing. like a normal song, nobody even reacting.

when i was small this music was only for us and people outside didnt know it. now its just pop i guess.

proud but also small part of me miss when it was ours. anyone feel like that about music from your country
