UK energy cap 4% up in October. Simple summary for non-UK people

I read the Ofgem post and make simple version. In UK there is a price cap for energy. From 1 October it go up 4%, from £1,663 to £1,723 a year for normal house. ITV say this is about £60 a year, £5 a month.

Bad part: January may go up again, forecast £1,872. People on fixed deal are not affected in October. Same problem everywhere, energy always more expensive.
