My village now officially bans leaf blowers on Sundays!

Germany has Sunday quiet rules already, but our village council made a new announcement about leaf blowers specifically, because one neighbour (we all know who) started at 8am!

I think it's great! Sunday should be quiet! But my colleague from the US thinks this is crazy over-regulation. Do you have quiet days or noise rules where you live?
