German dubbing: same voice for one actor for 30 years

Here in Germany, many Hollywood stars have one fixed voice actor. So for me Bruce Willis has a voice that is not his real voice, and when I hear the original I am honestly confused. It sounds wrong.

Is this also in other countries? I find it a little bit beautiful that one person spends a whole career as the voice of one famous face.
